How does ATMR select their coffee offerings?
We often select coffees by understanding who is producing the coffee

How often do you roast?
To ensure you receive fresh coffee, orders are roasted every Monday. All orders following 12-noon Monday will be processed the following week. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to provide the best service possible.

Do you offer organic coffee?
Yes, but due to strict requirements, we are unable to utilize the Organic certification.

Are your coffees fair trade?
Some of the offerings are labeled as fair trade. Additionally, we strive to make direct trades when possible, while also considering sustainability factors. We do our best to understand and represent the producers we select to work with.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We are based in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Orders are shipped on Tuesday and typically take 3-7 days for delivery (depending on your location)

Do you provide expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not provide expedited shipping at this time.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if the address is changed via the website and prior to shipping. Once orders have shipped we are unable to redirect the shipment. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order.

Yes, once the order has been received you will receive a status update via email. You will receive an additional email with tracking information
