Coffee
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature and cost of shipping. If you are not satisfied, please contact us for a replacement bag within one month of your order date.
Online / Missing / Damaged Items
Please contact us as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We will have a replacement on its way to you quickly. For damaged shipments, let us know within one week. We will send a replacement. If possible, please send a photo of the damaged item.
